solitude
just for today
i’ll be your friend
who understands
the solitude of rejection-
and in my absence
i’ll hold you warmly
fill your heart with sparks
of hope
breathe a gentle whisper
to your soul
where you shall feel
how a friend will always be
to guide your lonely steps
guard your emptines
sand give what you
deserve to receive
